Ok so me and this guy in Estonia are talking business. He wants me to use Western Union because it isnt as secure as PayPal. But i wanna use PayPal because it is secure and I dont wanna scam him. He says that I could pay cash at one of Western Union’s offices but I wanna pay with my bank account at home with the relaxation of a click of a button. So how should I send him the money??
