I just ordered a new third generation iPod nano and my old headphones and the new ones that they sent me won’t plug in securely. They will go in about 2/3 or 3/4 the way and I am able to hear the music fine, but they pull out way too easily and go in way too easily (a jerk on the cord would pull them out).

Is this normal or should I send it back to be fixed?
