how do i do those things? im not very good with computers when it comes to stuff like that so if theres a REALLY easy way to fix this PLEASE help me!! =]
I recently sold something on ebay and tonight I have bought something. I went on paypal but apparently they are withholding the money owed to me from the buyer and won’t give it to me until i either get positive feedback from the buyer or it’s been 21 days. I cannot expect my buyer to wait that long and I am certainly not going to send my item until that money is securely in my account.
Before I knew all this, I bought somthing on ebay which requires immediate payment. Now I do not have the funds to pay for it
Also, each time I go on paypal, I get to a page which asks for my bank account number as it is a security measure. Ibelieve this to be a fake site. I can get round it by clicking on the paypal logo at the top of the page, but I don’t know why it always does this.
My dad offered to pay for this ebay item, but because this fake page comes up, it won’t register that we are buying this item.
It is so annoying. How can I get round these 2 issues?
Everytime i try to login it sends me to this…

can i send the person cash in an envelope?
wouldn’t that be risky?
i would literally be giving the person a chance to walk away with my money, right?
i’m 17.
i need to buy something off ebay, but i dont think my dad would understand if i asked him. it’s just one of those things.
it wont be more than $6, but it has to be done discreetly. the situation is too complex to explain, but the bottom line is, i need to buy something off ebay without a credit card SECURELY. how can i do it?
please, i really need your help. it means a lot to me.
I need to send $900. Is there a safe way to do this, where if I had any problems…I could report it and get my money back? (like if they didn’t send the item or something)
Paypal doesn’t offer protection for buyers if the other person is outside the U.S.
And Escrow.com is out of the picture.
Any other ideas?
