We have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C300. My boss has sent me on a mission to find out how to print secure documents with a password required.
I have read the manuals and managed to give myself a headache. I’ve check the website and that has been no help to me at all.
Can someone PLEASE help me
i have a panasonic kx-p1121 dot matrix printer which i’ve been using for 3 years, and recently it just donesnt print any document at all(word, excel, notepad, dos, test prints).i’ve done the following but still problem persist, please help me on this
-restart the printer(turning the power off for 10 seconds)
-restart the computer
-replace the parallel printer cable with new ones
-reinstalling the printer drivers
-checking the ports settings in printers and BIOS
- cables are securely connected
-online button is pressed
everytime i try to print, it sends the signal to the printer and it says”documents failed to print”, when i restart my computer with the printer on, the printer does moves, and the status for that printer is alwys ready,(no matter it’s on or off)
what else could possibly be faulty??
I cannot get my computer to recognize my printer. I have tried several printers, one being brand new- installed the software disk, added new printer, etc..however when I send something to print it will not & it has an error in the printing console next to the page sent to be printed. tried uninstalling & reinstalling…no use. Everything is connected properly and securely- its not a cable issue. Computer is an E Machines with XP Home Edition, Printer in an HP all in one.
Any suggestions of what could be wrong?
It’s a USB connection printer. I’ve tried 3 different USB ports on the computer- no luck. Printer is set as default.
I have a big Konica Minolta bizHub 750 scanner, printer, fax machine. Is there a way for a user to send a job to the printer, walk the the printer, enter a code, only then will the printer printer the job? Apparently “User Authentication” in the printer properties is not the answer.
Thanks in advance
