Jeremy T asked:

I’ve had my 360 for just a little more than a year, and just this morning, I had received the E74 error. Since this is the first thing that has gone wrong with my 360, I have no idea what I’m supposed to do.

So I’ve already filed a repair claim to Xbox’s main site, and I’ve already printed out the e-label. Now I don’t know what to do…

Do I just pack my 360 securely in a box and attach the e-label to the outside of it, and forget about it until Microsoft resends it to me?

Can someone please give me a detailed step-by-step explanation on what I’m supposed to do?

Thank you in advance.

What’s Wrong With My Xbox Cords?

drumdude76 asked:

I, like so many other people, just experienced the Red Lights of Death on my Xbox. I called Microsoft, had the box sent in to be repaired, and they ended up just sending me a new one back. All my cords were left in the exact same spot they were the day I unplugged the Xbox to send away. Now, when I plugged everything back in, the power cord worked just fine, but the cord with the red/yellow/white plug-ins is acting up. I can hear the sound when I turn the Xbox on ( you know, that trademark “whoosh” sound that occurs every time you start up your system) but no visual whatsoever. Obviously everything’s plugged securely into the Xbox, but now out of nowhere the visual won’t work. I can’t find any logical reason for this. Please help!

I bought Gears of War 2 and it came with a trial code. I don’t need it so I decided to give it away.

First person to answer giving me their email so I can send the code securely will get it.
