An anti-static bag in bubble wrap would suffice…
(an anti-static bay is NOT a zip lock bag, its a special bag)

You need an anti-static bag. They are silver and have anti-static symbols on them. You could go into any computer shop and ask them if they have a used anti-static bag. (They are re-usable so they should charge you for an old one) If you are mailing it make sure you put it in something that will not bend or crush.
