How to print securely with BizHub 750?

The Rock Man asked:

I have a big Konica Minolta bizHub 750 scanner, printer, fax machine. Is there a way for a user to send a job to the printer, walk the the printer, enter a code, only then will the printer printer the job? Apparently “User Authentication” in the printer properties is not the answer.

    Should be able to set up a user “box” on the machine, then set the print driver to print to the box, user goes to printer, opens their “box” and prints file.

    User authentication simply stops unauthorised people from printing and using your toner and paper. Give me 3 mins to doublecheck on that model though, ( one that I don’t set up personally, so best to let me check for sure)

    Back, yep it does have box functionality.

    click business solitions, then support at bottom,
    copier / print systems, then download,
    chiise the bizhub 750 from model dropdown, user manual, english ( I guess) and it’s the “bizhub 750/600 UM Box Operations” manual you want
