I need a secure, fast way to send money for purchases on ebay – like paypal for free. Anyone know any?

Hi, i usually use paypal when i buy things from the internet but it won’t let me send a payment to someone in America. Recently my debit card expired so i added a new one, have sent a few payments all being fine. Then last night it wouldn’t let me send a payment to america so i need a way to send a SECURE and fast payment to america for free or very cheap as this is a total dilemma! Plz Help! xxx

    If you change your Paypal set currency to US dollars them it might work. If not try cheque and I would not suggest Western Union no way.
    By the way accepts ebay sellers, general links etc.free so you’ve got an advantage of reaching to other buyers online if selling.

    You can sign up for CashLagoon.
    All you need to do is get points and 1 point equals 1 dollar.
    You can get things like money for paypal, prepaid cards, checks, and many other things.
    And it doesn’t require a credit card or anything like that. =D
