Then print the form, fill it up with all the required data and send it back by fax. This will ensure that your order will processed right away and that nobody else but the winery employees gets to read your credit card data. Should any controversy arise with your bank or the credit card company, you will always have the original signed form to prove the authorized amount of your purchase. Write the code down on a slip of paper and send it to them Or better yet------- Send it to them in two halves, so if somebody finds one, they've got to find the other!!
