		<description>Anonymous web browsing is simply using a proxy to hide the IP address, or originating IP of the computer sending the packets of data.  The data being sent is still open to normal interception.  If it is sensitive information, you may want to look at using a free email such as hushmail that encrypts all information being sent. 
You could also look at encrypting the file on your pc, submitting via FTP, and allowing the receiving party to download, and giving the encryption key to decipher.
