I’ve been backing up some files and I’m paranoid that my files are being securely transferred.

What software do you recommend for uploading files via ftp, uploading clients to the internet?

    When you upload files via FTP, your connection is not encrypted. The only way to encrypt your connection is to use Secure

    What kind of FILES.
    Each has there own method of compression, and transfer.

    You can use an archival program (like WinZip or 7-Zip) to encrypt (with AES 256) and compress your files before transferring them using secure
